Scott Pilgrim vs. the World review

I've been waiting for this movie for months, and from how it turned out, I'm not disappointed. Scott Pilgrim starts out like an 8-bit video game comic book. (The Universal theme is even in 8-bit pixels and plays the tune like an old school NES game) Then, you find out he's dating a 17 year old named Knives Chau, and is in a band called Sex Bob-omb. As the movie goes on, he meets the girl of his dreams, Ramona Flowers. You then find out she has seven evil ex-boyfriends. And to continue to date Ramona, he must defeat them all. This movie is filled with lots of laughs and, "Oh snap!" moments. Although this movie doesn't go very deep at all, at least you'll have a great time. Grade: A-
